Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with Lola’s Code. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags and original packaging intact

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Sale items, discounted items, promotional purchases, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, stains, makeup marks, or damage will not be accepted.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability

  • Please contact us before returning your item to request an exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email support@lolascodedesigns.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve this quickly.
